We started A Team Training LLC because we want to provide field hockey goalies with consistent, high-quality, goalie-specific training locally. We created this dedicated goalkeeper training program in Northern Virginia-to give goalies a place where they can train locally, weekly, and with purpose.
Our Mission is simple:
Provide specialized, small-group training designed exclusively for goalkeepers.
Create a supportive, high-level training environment where goalies of all skill levels can develop.
Focus on fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and game-ready strategies to help goalies perform at their best.
